Software licenses are provided only as a Software as a Service (SAAS) agreement between you and the copyright holder of the software, and is not a sale of the software as a product. In all cases, the most current End User License Agreement (EULA -- see below) for the software remains in force regarding the software itself.
The software services supplied by the copyright holder, and to which you will gain access by a license purchase, include:
- Enabling you to register the software on your computer enabling full use of the software, and thus removing any limitations described in the software's most current EULA.
- Allow you to view, delete, and edit your registrations as described either at this web site, and/or in the software's most current EULA.
The copyright holder may also provide additional services such as extended customer support as part of the services provided.
The services provided for web application subscription services will exist only for the currently paid time frame of the subscription, including any renewals, and/or the life of the software.
The services provided for an downloadable application software will exist for the life of the software.
The life of the software will be determined by the copyright holder and may or may not include version updates. If a version update is stated to begin an end of life process of a software's prior version(s), the copyright holder may require additional fees to provide services for such version updates (i.e. upgrading). No additional fee support will be required for continual use of prior versions as long as a prior version is still supported by the copyright holder.
