How to use:
- Select "Add Bearing"
- Auto fill GPS is not enabled in this demo. So manually enter your receiver location (lat-lon, UTM, etc.) and the bearing to your signal.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 at least three times.
- Select "Menu -> Locate Signal" to view results.
- To exclude a bearing from the location estimate, uncheck it.
- Select "Menu -> New Group" to create another group, repeat steps 1 to 4.
- To reopen prior data groups select "Menu -> Open Group".
Notes on use of the demo:
- Some features, such as loading stations, saving data and using GPS data to auto-fill coordinates are not enabled for this web demo. To enter coordinates, do so manually with the phone keypad or your keyboard.
- To enter a decimal, press the number "1" twice either on the phone keypad or on your computer keyboard. To enter a negative, press "1" three times as the first number. To enter multiple ones, such as "11" wait for the cursor to reappear before pressing another "1". This behavior is unique to this emulator. Most real phones work differently.
- There is no "back" or "undo" keypad on the phone emulator. To undo entered values, use the back key on your keyboard.
- Some lists, such as when selecting to edit a bearing, do not display a visible "Select" option. When you have navigated to the item in the list using the navigation keys, simply click on the center arrow navigator button to activate your selection and move to the next form.
