Evaluating
Software
- Evaluation copies
of software are provided to allow users to determine the utility and
usefulness of a software product for each user's individual needs. Each
evaluation copy is limited to a fixed number of uses before it will
automatically terminate its functionality. The user must register, and
purchase an access code after this point to acquire access to a fully
functional copy. While evaluation copies are are the latest available
version, they are intended only for evaluating and testing the software.
If the user chooses to not purchase a copy of a software product after
evaluating it, the user must remove the software from their computer.
Unless an access code has been purchased, the user may not use results,
data conversions, or any output or conclusions attained from evaluated
software in publications, posters, presentation or any other printed
or oral form of data presentation without the written permission of
Ecological Software Solutions LLC or its representative.

Shareware
Software
- The user does
not own evaluation or fully functional copies of software. Ecological Software Solutions LLC leases a single copy to a user for use on a single
computer. Server computers must purchase copies of the software for
every computer screen accessing the software product on the server.
Copying or otherwise duplicating a registered software product to another
computer is strictly prohibited and deemed as piracy. This does not
apply to evaluation copies of any software. The user my make and distribute
as many copies as they wish to others as long as the user does not alter,
delete, or add any files contained on a distribution diskette or downloaded
file.

Prices and Registration
- Ecological Software Solutions LLC attempts to bring the best possible software to users at the
lowest possible prices (see any comparison table associated with each
of our software for prices and function comparisons with our competitors).
In return it is asked that you practice common software courtesy and
not pirate the software. It is so easy to pass along a registered version
of software to others, but it is still a crime. Many users see software
piracy as a "victimless" crime. Unfortunately, we all pay
higher prices for software because software manufactures, like insurance
companies, try to recoup their loses by making honest people pay for
the behavior of crooks. Ecological Software Solutions LLC is a small business,
with a small user target group, and can not afford to loose income.
To keep prices low, and to receive good Karma, please always do the
right thing and register.
