Database Engine is now optional. Allows use of on systems that
could not get the BDE to function. Result is reduced SQL query
functions but all Shape Files and Dbase import / export should
continue to work.

more exact control over output. Fixes size issues with point
shapes.

Corrections to some graphic outputs have been made so that previous
errors should not occur.

A new HTML based help system is being installed. This is partly
completed. Direct access to old help file system is available
in cases where new help files are under development. New HTML
help pages will be made available as they are updated.

All registered users should use the new User ID in all help
request and correspondence relating to their copy of the software
product. Requests from registered users will take priority over
all other requests for assistance.
